Service comes first at Primo Sedan San Diego and, although we do ‘farm out’ to local affiliates, we are responsible for you and your experience…from placing your reservation until final drop-off, we are your sole point of contact. We confirm, follow up, track, and contact Drivers, and we provide our customers real-time updates. We do all of this personally, NOT automatically. Primo Sedan will not fill up your Inbox with two-dozen ‘auto-gen emails’, when one simple text or email will suffice.
Primo Sedan is reliable. With 18 years’ experience in the industry and 12 years in business, Primo Sedan has earned a reputation for excellence and, because we are a low-volume operator, we take our clients’ trust very seriously. The Clients we meet, are the clients that we keep. As you might imagine, many of our frequent travelers are very serious people with similar reputations.
